Welcome to BeaBit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BeaBit ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the BeaBit mobile application ("App") and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BeaBit is a digital coloring book application that provides users with:

• A collection of coloring pages and designs
• Digital coloring tools and features
• The ability to save and share completed artwork
• Subscription-based premium content and features
• Cross-device synchronization

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use BeaBit, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or have parental consent if under 13
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete information when required

3.1 Use by Minors

If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from your parent or guardian to use the App and enter into these Terms. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

While you can use basic features without an account, some features require account creation. When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We use RevenueCat for subscription management, but actual payment processing is handled by the app stores.

6.2 Pricing

• Subscription prices are shown in your local currency
• Prices may vary by region due to local taxes and fees
• We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice
• Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal

6.3 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your jurisdiction on your subscription payments.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies:

• Apple App Store: Follow Apple's refund process
• Google Play Store: Follow Google's refund process

We may provide refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team for assistance.

7.3 No Refunds for Partial Periods

We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your billing period.

8. User Conduct

When using BeaBit, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App's security
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or servers
• Upload or share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Impersonate others or provide false information

8.2 Content Guidelines

If you share artwork or other content through the App, it must:

• Be appropriate for all ages
• Not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal material
• Not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

9. Content and Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All content provided in the App, including but not limited to coloring pages, designs, graphics, text, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

9.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any original artwork you create using the App. By sharing content through the App, you grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote such content as part of the service.

9.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or sell our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove or modify any copyright notices
• Create derivative works based on our content

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

11.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

11.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for any third-party content, websites, or services that may be accessible through or in connection with the App.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeaBit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any content you submit or share through the App

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. To cancel your subscription, follow the process in your device's app store.

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You may lose access to your account and any saved content
• Subscription payments will continue until properly cancelled

14.3 Effect of Termination

Termination does not relieve you of any obligations that accrued prior to termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date
• We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you don't agree to changes, you must stop using the App

17.1 Notice Period

For material changes that adversely affect your rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
